In January 2024, the developers turned the HOA over to the homeowners. A meeting was held to appoint the community's 1st set of directors. This page intends to be a forum for these directors to share information or changes with the homeowners. It is not intended to replace any legal notifications you will receive from the HOW or our management company. At this time, your new directors are in the process of gathering all the information important to our community, and reviewing all contracts, so that they can act in their roles for our community.
